Job Summary:
The Wellness Lead plays a critical role in shaping and delivering the site’s employee wellness strategy. This individual will manage external wellness vendors, coordinate mental health programs, and serve as the point of contact for both internal and external wellness-related initiatives. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as experience in the mental health field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management:
Oversee and manage partnerships with wellness service providers (e.g., mental health vendors, counselors, training partners), ensuring alignment with organizational goals and employee needs.
- Team Supervision:
Provide professional guidance and oversight to internal wellness professionals such as counsellors, psychologists, or wellness officers (if applicable).
- Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate closely with site leadership, HR, regional and global teams, and external partners to drive wellness initiatives and promote mental health awareness.
- Program Implementation:
Lead the planning, rollout, and tracking of wellness programs and campaigns, ensuring relevance and impact for a diverse workforce.
- Data & Reporting:
Track key metrics, analyze trends, and generate regular wellness reports for internal stakeholders. Use insights to recommend improvements and demonstrate ROI.
- Communication & Presentation:
Deliver presentations to leadership and external partners, facilitate workshops, and speak publicly on wellness topics when required.
- Crisis Support Coordination:
Work with internal and external parties to support employees during crises (e.g., critical incidents, emotional distress, etc.).
