Technical Requirements 

• Strong portfolio demonstrating design for complex digital products
  
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) 
• A portfolio showcasing your design process from research to implementation 
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus 

Non-Technical Requirements 

• Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin 

• Ability to work independently and experience working as part of a global team on projects with professionals at all levels 

• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented with impeccable attention to detail and design sensibility 

• Excellent oral/written communication 
  

EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, OR equivalent through experience. 

• More than 2 years of experience in UI/UX design. 

Skills required after training:  

• Able to design seamless, user-centered interfaces for mobile and web-based application. 
• Able to create and maintain design systems and documentation 
• Able to apply TP design best practices and standards as required in daily task 

• Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs. 

• Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and refine UX strategies 

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business analysts to align design goals with business outcomes. 

• Assist team members with troubleshooting and issue resolution 

• Ensure consistency with TP guidelines 

• Create and maintain design systems and documentation
