- Preferably HR or Psychology diploma/degree holder, Business course students are also acceptable
- 2-5 years relavent experienced prefered, although fresh graduates are also welcomed. Job title offered will be based on relavent experience.

- Approachable, possesses good communication skills
- Ability to maintain discretion on all information with strict confidentiality
- Flexible and adapt in working in a fast-paced & multicultural work environment
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PPT)
- Knowledge on Malaysian Employment Act is a plus
- Fluent in English, proficiency in other languages is an advantage
- Possesses own transport as required to travel between TP sites occasionally
- Keen on developing a career in HR field
