Qualifications

  • Preferably HR or Psychology diploma/degree holder, Business course students are also acceptable 
  • 2-5 years relavent experienced prefered, although fresh graduates are also welcomed. Job title offered will be based on relavent experience.

  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PPT) 
  • Knowledge on Malaysian Employment Act is a plus 
  • Fluent in English, proficiency in other languages is an advantage 
  • Possesses own transport as required to travel between TP sites occasionally 
  • Keen on developing a career in HR field 

 

Skills required after training:  

  • Understanding on Malaysian Employment Act 
  • Understanding on TP HR policies & SOPs 
  • Familiarity with TP database & HR Software 
  • Employee data sensitivity 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for various day-to-day HR Center of Excellance operations 
  • HR C&B Partner to employees and department stakeholders for HR issue resolution and C&B initiatives. 
  • Attend to employees' HR-related enquiries relative to standard HR policies through HR supporting channels such as face-to-face interaction, emails & HR Helpdesk platform. 
  • End-to-end administration of employee job movement & compensation package calibration 
  • Leave & Medical Benefits Management 
  • Expatriate contract renewal administration 
  • Analyze trends and data reporting to develop solutions & policies for HR continuous improvements 
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and exit management 
  • Maintenance of company personnel files (P-files) and records 
  • Provide administrative support for HR automation projects 
  • Participate and/or support other ad-hoc tasks/projects upon request.
