Requirements:
• Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel
• Strong planning, organizational and follow up skills
• Must be organized with strong interpersonal and trouble-shooting skills; deals with conflict effectively
• Must be a strong multi-tasker, coping with conflicting priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) across all hierarchical and functional levels
• Must be a highly motivated, service and team-oriented individual with an attention to detail
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English Required
• Possesses own transport as required to travel between TP sites occasionally
Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the implementation of H&S and facility various systems, and quality controls.
• Evaluating facility infrastructure to ascertain and improve operational efficiencies.
• Planning and coordinating infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules and activities.
• Coordinating and performing H&S planned activities.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.
• Preparing reports and compliance documentation.
• Review and maintain maintenance logs and maintenance budgets, and complete any and all documentation necessary to the completion of a task."
