- Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking assistance with mental health resources.
3. Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR, management, and external partners to enhance wellness offerings.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to facilitate workshops and training sessions.
4. Monitoring and Evaluation:
