Overview

Overview: The Wellness Lead is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing wellness programs that support employees' mental and emotional well-being. This role ensures that staff engaged in sensitive trust and safety work are equipped with the necessary resources and support systems to manage stress and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Development:
- Design and implement wellness initiatives tailored to Trust and Safety teams' unique needs.
- Create training materials and resources for stress management, resilience, and emotional well-being.

2. Support and Guidance:
- Provide one-on-one support and coaching for employees facing challenges related to their work.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking assistance with mental health resources.

3. Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR, management, and external partners to enhance wellness offerings.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to facilitate workshops and training sessions.

4. Monitoring and Evaluation:
- Assess the effectiveness of wellness programs through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Adjust programs based on data and employee input to ensure continuous improvement.

5. Crisis Management:
- Develop protocols for managing high-stress situations and support employees during crises.
- Implement strategies to promote a safe and supportive work environment.

6. Awareness Campaigns:
- Lead initiatives to raise awareness about mental health and wellness within the organization.
- Organize events, webinars, and activities that promote team bonding and wellness.

7. Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports for management on wellness initiatives and employee well-being status.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement in employee wellness.
