Qualifications

  • Graduate of any bachelor’s degree Course.

Minimum Skills to Hire:

  • Must have professional Japanese language skill
  • B1 level of English language proficiency
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and highly trainable
  • Excellent communication skills and passion for Customer Service
  • The ability to speak Korean is more desirable if possible since TPJP is expanding its market to Korea and TPJP IT and SD Japan have begun to support Korean agents.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Japanese users through Phone, MS Chat, Email or tickets raised via Portal following proper Incident and Request Management processes and procedures.
  • Log, validate and diagnose user issues, on the wide range of products and applications used.
  • Provide user with a solution through information gathering, analytical troubleshooting and problem research, or route or escalate the user to the appropriate resolution group in a timely manner.
  • Perform provisioning/deprovisioning tasks for new hires/terminated users in accordance to the TPJP HR’s requests.
  • Escalation and management of interactions to agreed service levels.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service in all user interactions.
  • Manage the community of TPJP’s operation teams to follow the SOP of APAC IT Service Management.
