We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. The Sales Development Representative plays a vital role in driving the success of our sales team by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for our sales executives. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with potential customers and identifying their needs to help us grow our customer base.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Language proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce).
  • Excellent research and data analysis abilities.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • To work remotely for SEA (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam) market.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and techniques.
  • Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the BPO industry.
  • Knowledge of outbound sales strategies and best practices.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

 

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and research potential clients within named accounts.
  • Utilize various tools and methods (cold calling, email campaigns, social selling) to generate leads.
  • Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.

2. Qualifying Leads:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and determine their fit with our solutions.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify leads before passing them to the BD.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for BDs with qualified prospects.

 

3. Collaborating with Business Development team:

  • Work closely with BDs to develop and implement targeted account strategies.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads to BDs.
  • Participate in sales meetings and strategy sessions.

 

4. Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-up and engagement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and be a reliable point of contact for prospects.

 

5. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Track and report on lead generation and qualification activities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends to the sales team.
