  • Ability to travel for business’s needed throughout Malaysia and other countries
  • Ability to work in a fast and evolving environment with detail-oriented focus

Sourcing Candidates:

  • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networking sites, and industry events to identify potential candidates
  • Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct research to identify passive candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities
  • Review resumes, cover letters, and job applications to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles

 

Candidate Engagement:

  • Engage and ensure a positive candidate experience through personalized outreach, networking events, and informational interviews to build relationships and promote the employer brand
  • Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the organization's values, culture, and career opportunities to candidates

 

Vendor Management:

  • Handling all enquiries and negotiation with External Vendors ( Agencies and Job Portals)

 

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the iCIMS
  • Generate reports and analytics to track key recruitment metrics, such as OTD, cost-per-hire, and candidate sourcing effectiveness

 

Employer Branding and Marketing:

  • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice
  • Create compelling job postings and marketing materials to attract top talent to open positions
  • Organise and Participate career fairs throughout Malaysia and other supporting countries if required
