Responsibilities
Sourcing Candidates:
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networking sites, and industry events to identify potential candidates
- Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct research to identify passive candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities
- Review resumes, cover letters, and job applications to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
Candidate Engagement:
- Engage and ensure a positive candidate experience through personalized outreach, networking events, and informational interviews to build relationships and promote the employer brand
- Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the organization's values, culture, and career opportunities to candidates
Vendor Management:
- Handling all enquiries and negotiation with External Vendors ( Agencies and Job Portals)
Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the iCIMS
- Generate reports and analytics to track key recruitment metrics, such as OTD, cost-per-hire, and candidate sourcing effectiveness
Employer Branding and Marketing:
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice
- Create compelling job postings and marketing materials to attract top talent to open positions
- Organise and Participate career fairs throughout Malaysia and other supporting countries if required
