Scope & Authority:
- As a result of the interviews recommend an applicant to become part of the company
- Identify areas of opportunity of job descriptions and profiles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or any Equivalent field.
- Able to read, write & speak in ENGLISH (primary).
- Minimum of 2 years as a recruiter, BPO background will be an added advantage.
- Well verse in recruitment field.
