Qualifications

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Human Resources Management or any other related fields. 
  • Can commit to 3 months internship period. 
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with can-do attitude. 
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and video editing software.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Assist in visa and work permit processing for international employees, including gathering necessary documentation and liaising with government agencies as required. 
  • Occasionally visit government offices to submit paperwork and handle administrative tasks related to HR matters. 
  • Assist employees in submitting Social Security Office (SSO) applications and documents, ensuring compliance with regulations. 
  • Collect and organize documents from both Thai and foreign employees, providing support and guidance as needed. Assist employees in opening bank accounts for salary purposes. 
  • Collaborate with the HR team to create job postings and advertisements for recruitment efforts. Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews as required. 
  • Utilize Photoshop and video editing software to create visually appealing content for internal and external communication purposes, as needed. 
  • Other Ad-Hoc tasks assigned by HR Manager and Operations Management.
