Overview

Operational Security is responsible for overall compliance (either by direct management or support) to GISP Controls, Client Contractual Requirements, Physical Security, as well as Health & Safety, Fraud Investigations, Operational Support, and ownership of the Teleperformance risk assessment program (SRA).

Qualifications

Requirements:

 

Education
• Required: Bachelor's degree (or work equivalent) or similar education in Business Management, or Project Management

 

Work Experience
• 1 year Management experience
• 2 years call center experience
• Project Management experience preferred
• Preferred certifications: CCP, ECSA, CFE

 

Job Requirements
• Must have availability to work various shifts influenced by current business needs.
• Must be 18 years old
• Possess a high level of Professionalism
• Must have a keen sense of attention to detail, taking the initiative to work with Operations, Security, IT, and Facilities site leaders to achieve required compliance
• Ability to interpret and translate business requirements into security controls that meet enterprise security standards and policies.

 

Technical Skills

• Good understanding of current Teleperformance compliance management tools.
• Ability to work within the Operational and Security org aligning multiple entities to business requirements.
• Familiarity with security standards, regulations, etc including, but not limited to PCI DSS, ISO27001 and ISO27002, HIPAA, CoBIT, etc.
• Full windows competency (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel).

 

Competencies and Specific Skills (high proficiency required)

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (Mandarin would be a plus).
• Must have strong collaboration skills when working remotely with departmental leadership
• Ability to read and comprehend regulatory compliance and/or technical documents
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
• Must be able to provide guidance and leadership to coworkers in area of expertise.
• Ability to report and communicate KPI’s and potential non-compliance issues.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to organize other resources effectively and establish and communicate priorities
• Effective communication with “remote” coworkers
• Potential to grow to a manager level.

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operational Security Analyst must be a full-time employee whose job is dedicated to the Operational Security role, and must have sufficient seniority and expertise to implement compliance action plans with all department heads and close security corrective actions in a timely manner.
• Operational Security Analyst must communicate GISP requirements to all required frontline staff so all applicable employees understand GISP compliance requirements.
• Operational Security Analyst must ensure GISP control compliance through communicating, gathering, and uploading evidence to applicable Teleperformance compliance tools (TP Policy) as required.
• Support Teleperformance Global Audit as a Liaison between the frontlines and the global audit team. (Gather info and submit to audit team as necessary).
• Physical Security support to ensure compliance to GISPs.
• Security Risk Assessment process ownership. (including scheduling, conducting, improving, and presenting to internal executives as well as clients when appropriate)
• Fraud Incident investigation support.
• Business Development Support, presenting Teleperformance Security programs to potential clients when applicable.
• Contract review for operational security input (redlining).
• Operational and Client Services support and guidance as it relates to Security, Compliance, GISPs, Contractual Compliance, Fraud Investigations, and Audits.
• The Operational Security Analyst must support a cross-functional business model comprised of staff members within site management, physical security and IT security.
• The Operational Security Analyst must obtain training and certification for the Teleperformance SRA program. (Certified Risk Assessor)
• Performs miscellaneous Operational Security job-related duties as assigned
