Minimum requirements:

• Fluency in English and Tagalog (mandatory);
• Fluency in a 2nd Language (mandarin preferable);
• Minimum 2 year of BPO supervisory / Team Lead experience.

• Minimum Degree holder
• Computer Skills: Usage of MS Office, with focus on excellent Excel skills
