Requirements:
• Degree in any discipline
Minimum Relevant Work Experience
• 3 years customer service experience with minimum 2 years training experience
• Minimum 1 year of content moderation related experience
Minimum Training Required
• Fast learner and independent
Skills
• Minimum bi-lingual proficiency.
• Language proficiency in English and Mandarin is mandatory
• Related experience is strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
• Proven experience as corporate trainer in the customer service industry
• Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
• Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate training
• Proficient in MS Office (Advance skills in Excel and Powerpoint); e-learning software will be an
asset
• Affluent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
• Organizational and time management abilities
• Critical thinking, analytical and decision-making abilities
Responsibilities:
• Design effective training programs.
• Prepare training materials.
• Conduct training and refreshers.
• Support and mentor new employees.
• Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
• Monitor, analyse & train trainees’ performance and call out any unusual trends.
• Identify training needs by working with operations team and QA.
